We started out in 2006 with a team of 3 people. Over the years our team has expanded and we now have a team of 9 professionals who are fully dedicated to support and assist during any turbulent times that a company or an individual may be experiencing.

Overseas and EU Insolvency
The nature of the current economic climate has resulted in the need for insolvency to evolve to meet the challenges of economic reconstruction. Seneca IP have dealt with a number of overseas / European Insolvency matters and uses the network of INSOL Europe to help fullfil legal obligations in the countries of operation.
The Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) is a membership body recognized for the purposes of authorizing (licensing) insolvency practitioners (IP’s) under the Insolvency Act 1986. As the only one of the recognized bodies solely involved in insolvency.
